A WPC jali (or grill) is a decorative lattice panel made from Wood Polymer Composite. Unlike traditional MDF or plywood jalis that absorb moisture and swell, WPC jali  are waterproof and termite-proof. Because the material is so stable, it can be cut into incredibly intricate patterns without losing its structural strength.

Why Choose WPC Grills Over Metal or Wood?
Zero Maintenance: Unlike iron WPC grills, which are prone to rust, or wooden jalis that demand regular polishing, our panels are remarkably low-maintenance. A simple wipe-down with a damp cloth is all they need. They’ll retain their fresh appearance for years to come.

Precision Aesthetics: Every WPC jali design we produce is cut using advanced CNC technology. This ensures clean edges and perfect symmetry, which is nearly impossible to achieve with manual wood carving.

Weatherproof Performance: WPC jali doesn’t expand in heat or degrade in the rain in the rain. These are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, making them perfect for balconies or exterior facades.

Eco-Friendly & Safe: Our WPC jali is made from recycled materials. They are fire-retardant, adding a layer of safety to your home decor.

Versatile Applications: Where Style Meets Function
The beauty of a modern WPC jali design is that it fits almost anywhere. Here’s how our clients are putting them to use now:

Mandir & Prayer Rooms: These spaces are transformed into serene, traditional environments. We use intricate geometric or floral patterns, carefully designed to let light play across the room.

Room Partitions: Divide your living and dining areas without blocking airflow or making the space feel cramped.

Exterior Elevations: Use them on building facades to add a “wow” factor while providing shade and privacy.

Decorative Window Grilles: Swap out boring metal bars for decorative window grilles made of WPC. They provide a sophisticated look from both the inside and the outside of the house.

Ceiling Decor: Install them with backlight LED panels to create a luxury hotel-style false ceiling.

Whether you prefer a minimalist geometric look or a traditional Moroccan style, the flexibility of our material makes it possible. A contemporary WPC jali design offers a world of color possibilities. You can paint it just about any hue you like, from shimmering metallic golds to understated matte charcoals, ensuring it complements your current furniture and overall aesthetic.

If you are looking for a material that combines the toughness of stone with the elegance of wood, Woodtec WPC grills are the definitive choice.

FAQs

Traditional MDF and wood tend to soak up moisture, which leads to swelling and peeling paint over time. A wpc jali is completely waterproof and termite-proof. Because the material is so stable, we can cut incredibly detailed patterns without the panel losing its strength or cracking at the edges.

Yes. Unlike iron wpc grills that eventually rust and require scraping and repainting, our composite panels are weatherproof. They don’t expand in the heat or degrade in the rain. Using them as decorative window grilles gives your home a high-end look from both the inside and outside without the maintenance headache of metal.

Absolutely. We use advanced CNC technology to cut every panel. This allows for perfect symmetry and clean edges that manual carving just can't match. Whether you want a modern wpc jali design with sharp geometric lines or a traditional floral pattern, the precision is guaranteed.

Maintenance is remarkably simple. Because the surface is non-porous and moisture-proof, you don't need special polishes. A simple wipe-down with a damp cloth is enough to keep the dust off and maintain that fresh, "just-installed" look for years.
